i have this fantastic new blender and i figured out how to make a great thai style banana smoothie the other day, so i thought i'd try to make a lime one. well i put the juice from two limes in...it was just a LEEETLE acidic! had to put quite a lot of sugar syrup in to make it palatable.
while we're at it, anyone got a good website for thai recipes in general...i think my gaeng kea wan could use some improvement.

On my first visit to a Vietnamese restaurant, I was intrigued by "Lime Pickle Soda" on the drinks menu. It was a little salty, too. A good source of Thai food recipes is our own SlowFoodOz' website, but I'm darned if I know the URL.
