i know it has lime juice, sugar, they put salt in but i passon that, and crushed ice.
i have this fantastic new blender and i figured out how to make a great thai style banana smoothie the other day, so i thought i'd try to make a lime one. well i put the juice from two limes in...it was just a LEEETLE acidic! had to put quite a lot of sugar syrup in to make it palatable.
while we're at it, anyone got a good website for thai recipes in general...i think my gaeng kea wan could use some improvement.

But Geoff, if you leave out the salt, is it still Thai lemonade?
On my first visit to a Vietnamese restaurant, I was intrigued by "Lime Pickle Soda" on the drinks menu. It was a little salty, too.
A good source of Thai food recipes is our own SlowFoodOz' website, but I'm darned if I know the URL.
