In this context one cannot "contain" a personal attack on an other. Thus, it should read:
"contain defamatory statements or MAKE personal attacks on others"
Just trying tae be helpful.
Mer tae the point: KY regards "next time use KY" as a personal attack on her, however inadvertent. Maybe ye need tae insert "deliberate" or, better still, go back tae the drawing board - for the well-intentioned statements have not been thought through. For AUS $ 10,000 I'll draft something for ye.
