A juice drink worth a detour for

Hong Kong island has many fine eateries. One is at the Pacific Place Mall and it is called Thai Basil. The first page of their menu features a wide selection of unique hold and cold drinks. One of the latter caught our attention as utterly unique. Called 'All Pastel', it is a tasty mix of apricot peach tea, salty dried plum, cranberry juice, fresh mint sprig and a slice o' lemon----outstanding. *Thanks to regular China branch poster astroboy for this restaurant tip.
