Gap Year & Round the World Travel

I am looking for some info for my next travels. I will start the year flying to the Philippines and Thailand for a month then flying to Africa spending 4or 5 months going from Ethiopia to S.Africa next winter then flying to Europe for part of the summer then flying over to S.America and overland towards Mexico then flying back home to Canada at the end of the year.
