help with an article please

I have been asked to write an article by a responsible travel publication about responsible volunteering and how volunteers should best prepare themselves and select the correct organisation to travel with. Have you already volunteered, is there a question you wished youd known to ask before you went.Have you any advice.Im keen to include real volunteer comment if atall possible.
