Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to add additional pages TWICE to the same passport? I added some pages in Laos maybe 4 years ago, and need more pages now. I have Global Entry and Chile & China visas attached to this current passport so would rather add more pages to this passport again, than get a new one. I'm currently back in the US and need to travel internationally in three weeks.

Thanks!

Call them and ask. You can probably go to your local passport agency since you're traveling so soon.

Although now with the new ripoff fee structure I do not believe it ever makes sense to add pages anymore. You might as well renew even if your passport is valid for another ? years renewing your passport and requesting a 48 page passport yields 48 pages for $110 which is only $2.29 per page vs adding 24 pages for 82.00

the answer to your question is you can add pages at least twice.

Ah yeah, I'd prefer to just get a new passport value-wise and all, but I have a Chinese multiple-entry visa in my current passport that's valid maybe 9 more months, a Chile visa good for the lifetime of that passport, and Global Entry. The cost/hassle of getting a new Chinese visa, plus having to go back to the airport to renew Global Entry for my new passport, and then the off-chance I'll be in Chile again -- may as well add new pages.

Thanks for the reply though. Good to know I can add pages twice

Many people with this issue simply carry the old passport with the valid visas along with the new passport.
