I've always wanted to travel and arranged to graduate 6 months early so I could spend 4 months in Colombia. Everything has worked out and I'm about to buy my plane ticket, but I'm starting to have second thoughts. What if I hate it? Or I'm not cut out for solo travel? Has anyone else felt like this?

It's a bit scary the first time you're to travel independent, just tell yourself that you can just return home early if you truly don't like travelling alone. If you are open minded and stay in hostels or similar then you will meet other travellers travelling alone and hook up with them for a day or weeks.

As the advert goes:
Just Do It.
As #1 said you can always return earlier.
I travelled solo for 9 months 2008-09. There were times earlier on that I would have liked to be back home with all the familiarity and comfort that brings. But once I got into it and I realized that I was to see some great sights and meet many new people it became easier.
Good Luck. Hope you enjoy it.
