Where to meet people in Lisbon

Hi there,

I am going to Lisbon and Cascais for 10 days from next week on.

As I travel alone, I wanted to know wether there are places or hubs where most travellers or also backpackers meet, like bars or cafés, in order to have drink or conversation. I always like to get to know new people but I couldn't find any information or advise where to find the hubs ;-)

I am happy for each hint ;-)
