walking in Salzburg

Are there any walking groups in Salzburg..guided ones are too expensive....groups who walk out voluntarily similar to Ramblers in the UK

If you mean for walking outside the city just buy a walking map, Austrian paths are very well waymarked and easy to do alone.

If are staying outside the city, there are often in summer free walking tours which are organised from the local tourist office. But I have never heard from such an offer in the city of Salzbourg.
