Sunday hours at supermarkets in the North

I;m driving from Porto to Baiao on Sunday. My train arrives at 1:00 p.m. from Lisboa.

At the owners suggestion, we're planning to stop at a supermarket on the way. Will it be closed on Sunday between 1 and 3? If so, will it be open after 3?
