Spanish embassy & consulates in Canada

Hello all...

The website for the Spanish Embassy to Canada (www.embaspain.ca) does not appear to be working at the present time. I was curious if anyone knew where I could find information on Spanish diplomatic missions in Canada? I know that the embassy is in Ottawa and that there are consulates in Toronto and Montreal. Does anyone know if there are other consulates in the country, if they have websites, and/or what the geographic jurisdictions of these consulates might be.
