Happy 1st birthday to this mega thread!!! :D

Bonn update: It's snowing, but not sticking. 30km from us Bild (major newspaper in Germany) reports that there's a mega stau (traffic jam) due to too much snow on the autobahn. The pics would suggest the motorists are gonna be there a while.

No rain, no snow, no sun, no .....and so on. Low temperatur for the moment between 8/10° and fresh wind. Too cold for the season but weather report say the next days it will be warmer. Starting from now the palm trees are decorated. Looks like Christmas comes..

Well, even a little bit of weather is better than no weather at all.

Happy birthday, thread.

If this was the Morning Frost report, the Milan correspondent would have more to contribute.

Still not freezing in Paris, but it shouldn't be too long now. It has already frozen north, east, west and south of Paris, but our "heat dome" is still protecting us for the moment.

Sunny today but cold again. No more than 15° right now.

Luca, fir-trees, real ones are here paint in white and exposed in the center of the town like a little forest. Street decoration make up by the city depend how much the owners of the shops in each street spend for. Christmas faire looks in each city, towns and if there in villages the same. Natural wooden stands to rent for 10/15 and 20.000€ the month. Decorated Palm trees with multicolored plastic bullets looks great too. A lot of all this hang around to the end of February, beginning March as it is used for the Carnival - in Nice. There is just one thing very good. In front of the hospital Lenval situated also on the Promenade des Anglais is a real Christmas tree or, last year, a big Santa Claus is climbing up a latern. It's made to be seen from the windows on this side as it's a private clinik only for children.
