Samos, Greece, Business hours

Hi, I am planing a one day visit to Samos by ferry from Kusadasi. I have been told some shops and business are closing one some days during the week early, or closing for long afternoon breaks. Can anyone give me advise on normal shop opening hours on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Sat 08.30 am - 15.00
