Resturant in Coimbra

My partner and I will be in Portugal in July. We will be in Coimbra for her 40th birthday, which will fall on a Sunday. Can anyone recommend a good resturant to have dinner? Also a decent bar for after dinner drinks? Obviously a predominately student bar may be a bit "youthful".
