How do you organize transfers from Geneve Airport to Italian or Swiss ski

I know it is easy to get Chamonix from Geneve Airport, but I have been there and want to go somewhere else, how would you organize a transfer from Geneve Airport to a good Italian resort or Swiss resort before leaving for Geneve? Also, if you arrive at 14.25.

It's mega easy to reach all Swiss ski resorts the same day (by train and may be by connecting bus) except Samnaun, Savognin and Bosco/Gurin. If your plane is more than 1 hr late, the journey to Sedrun and Obersaxen could get somewhat problematic (last departure from GVA at 16.36)
Trains directy from the airport railway station every 30 to 60 minutes. These trains must not be booked ahead; there are always enough free seats.
Tickets and rail passes can be bought at GVA airport railway station.

The only places in Italy which can be reached the same day are Courmayeur and La Thuile (GVA dp by bus 16.30 via Chamonix) as well as Bardonecchia and Sauze d'Oulx, but only if your plane arrives in time:
GVA dp by bus 15.30 - Chambery ar 16.30, dp by TGV train 17.41 - Bardonecchia ar 19.11 - Oulx ar 19.21, dp by bus 19.45 - Sauze d'Oulx ar 19.55
Reservations for all these journeys are compulsory, except local traffic beyond Aosta resp Oulx
