Hello,
Can you please advise how and which website I pre book parking in Ferrara italy, in particular "Santo Spirito
Via Montebello, Ferrara, 44121" I am there for New Years Eve 2017 and have been advised I need to pre book.

This is the website for parking http://www.ferraratua.com/index.php there is nowhere on here that allows you to pre-book, I would ask your hotel.
