basic lodging in Trastevere

I am looking for a basic hotel / B & B / Airbnb near Trastevere train station. We are older couple and we will stay only for one nigh in late November to catch the plane back home the next day. We need a clean room and that our luggage is not stolen. We don't need much of anything else.

I would appreciate if you can help. I found some hotels in Trastevere but they are near the Santa Maria in Trastevere Basilica. I like a hotel nearer to the train station.

I have used the B&B hotel in Trastevere on a couple of occasions. As you walk out of the station, go straight ahead towards the centre of Rome -follow the tram tracks!- and it is about 5 minutes walk on the right hand side, though along some rather uneven pavements, in fact it is actually at the next tram stop. They charge extra for a help yourself breakfast, cereals cake and coffee. You'll need to head further into Trastevere for an evening meal. If you need tram tickets, the newsagent / sweetshop on the main concourse of the station sells them.

I thought I had indicated I was happy with it - that's why I've been more than once. It is part of a hotel chain called B&B - this particular hotel has about 80 rooms over 4 floors, it isn't just a local bed and breakfast place. Basic but clean, air con, wifi, and good sized ensuite rooms.

For one night near the station, I would be happy with this one.
