Accommodation Ibiza or Mallorca - the 1st week of September?

Hi everybody!
I´d appreciate your help and advice. Thinking of flying to Ibiza or Mallorca in the beginning of September. Do you have any experience and would you recommend some nice and cheap place to stay not far from beach? We are 3.
