Im thinking of going to Switzerland for a few days in March. It'll be my first time there, so Im completely clueless about where to go (Geneva, Zurich, any other suggestions?) and what to do.
I would like to take one of the excursions into the mountains for the day and maybe do a bit of ski-ing on another day. But again, there are so many to choose from!
Can anyone give me some advise, please?

Thanks!

Have a look at http://www.myswitzerland.com/en and the many links you will find there.

Go to Lucerne
one day to Rigi 1800 m by boat and cog railroad or Engelberg/Titlis 3000m

skiing again Engelberg as I think you have to rent equipment and do not have own transport

You should visit the Zoo at Basel (one day), go to Top of Europe from Interlaken (two days with skiing), Lake Geneva (one day), Zurich with Utliberg (one day). You should plan your visit according to the days you wish to spend in Switzerland.
