I have to spend a night at the Geneva Airport and can not go to town, because my flight leaves the next morning at 6.30am and the public transport starts only a 5am. Can anyone recommend a cheap hotel near by or where to chill in the airport?

Personally I'd either

1) Take tram 18 from Gare Cournavin to Bouchet at 04:45 and then swap for the no 10 bus at 04:54 to the airport.

2) Take the 05:00 tram no 14, swap again at Bouchet for the 05:11 bus to the airport

Taxi = circa 30 chf.
