Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the Mountain Cheese Olympics in Appenzell is a regular yearly event? And if so, if there is a website.

Apparently there is also an Alpine Cheese Olympics in Austria in Galtur, which I think is a different event.

Any info is appreciated.

The last one appears to have been held in 2009 so it probably isn't a yearly event and the website hasn't been updated as yet. http://www.caseusmontanus.ch/

hello.....

want to learn to make fetta in greece.....have car, and can travel....am in greece for the nect 10 days...tilll sept. 25....any suggestions..will travel to any village.....need to learn the 'OLD WAYS'

Then perhaps you need to ask on a different thread or start a new one. This one was about the Cheese Olympics and not about cheese making in Greece.
