Hi all!
I'm planning to travel through Switzerland for 4 days mid-March.
Am planning to take the 4 day Swiss Pass travelling through Bernina and Glacier Express, my route being
Tirano - St Mortiz - Chur - Brig - Zermatt - Brig - Geneva.
I just have a few questions:
1. Is this route possible in 4 days?
2. Where would be good towns to stop in between? At this stage, am thinking about staying overnight in Chur, Zermatt and Geneva.
3. Am hoping to buy the Swiss Pass from Milan, a day before travelling to Tirano. Is this cutting it too fine? Do i have to pay a surcharge for buying it from a travel agent in Milan? (compared to buying the pass from the Swiss Travel System website)

Thanks for your help.

Stay at St. Moritz instead of Chur.
Don't go directly from Visp or Brig to Geneva. Much more scenic alternative:
Brig - Kandersteg - Spiez - Gstaad - Montreux - Geneva.

My proposal:
1st day: Milano dp 8.20 - Colico - Tirano - Poschiavo - Alp Grum ar 13.05. Have lunch in the railway station restaurant of Alp Grum (in front of the Glaciers of the Bernina Group). Alp Grum dp 14.15 - St. Moritz ar 15.12. Enjoy St. Moritz
2nd day: Glacier Express St. Moritz dp 9.04 - Zermatt ar 16.52
3rd day: Go by cog railway to Gornergrat (3400 m) and enjoy the panorama. Gornergrat dp 11.31 - Zermatt 12.15/12.39 - Brig 14.03/14.36 with Regio Express Lotschberger - Spiez 15.47/16.07 - Zweisimmen 16.56/17.05 with Golden Pass Panoramic train - Montreux ar 19.10. Montreux - Geneva: trains every 30 minutes until 23.54.
