Anyone going to the World Ice Hockey Championships in Zurich? I will be there from April 25 to April 29th catching some Group A action (Canada, Hungary, Slovakia, and Belarus)
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to see and do in Zurich or the surrounding area? Is a day trip to Lucern or Interlaken worth it?

Luzern is a nice place for a daytrip from Zurich, there's a lot to see and train run
frequently between the two cities, a trip takes 45 minutes, you check the timetables here:

As the Swiss train system is really efficient and distances are not to big at all
there are many places reachable for a daytrip from Zurich, for instance St.Gallen or Bern.
