Hi,

I live in beautiful Hamburg in Germany, but a want to move, change my environment for a period of time. Just came back from 2 months Buenos Aires to improve my spanish and want to settle down now in Spain. I love to live close to seaside, so Barcelona, San Sebastian, Valencia or Alicante could be cities suitable for me.
I like alternative youth culture, off clubs, open air electronic music festivals, hanging out for beers and political activity …
What would you propose, which is the best city to live regarding beauty, prices for housing, bars …?

I would say Barcelona but must be expensive.
