Traveling from Morocco to Spain/ Portugal by car

Any recommendations of cities to visit? How many days to stay in each city? We will have enough time to visit Portugal as we want to visit cities in Spain first?

I think you need to do some planning and tell us more about likes and dislikes. Are you taking the Malaga-Melilla ferry both ways?
Have you the correct documents for your car, insurance, ownership, IDP?
If you go to Portugal you will need to know about how to pay the so called electronic tolls on some highways.

Hello sorry for the late reply as I was traveling. I'm regards to likes and dislikes we are looking for a nice relaxing vacation. We are not into the nightclub life. We enjoy going to nice restaurants and strolling. We do own our car and have all the proper documentation, thank you for mentioning that as I never thought the car would be an issue. We will be taking the ferry from melilla /Malaga both ways. In regards to paying tolls in Portugal are you familiar with how we would pay them? Thank you.

Please start with reading a good guidebook, and bear in mind the time of the year.
A good 3 weeks vacation in Spain/Portugal could be filled in more than a thousands of ways.

The answers are what they are because your question is far too vague to be very meaningful: "Where should I go?" Nobody can answer that for you, because we have no idea of your likes and dislikes, what would suit you and what you want to avoid, etc. Basic information which will help you to decide on even a starting itinerary is readily available in guidebooks and via simple Internet searches, all of which you can research yourself. These are the best places to start for a question at this level. I hope you find this answer helpful.

Your answer is far from helpful. I am seeking the advise from people who have actually driven through Spain and to portugal and which are the best cities to stop and visit . Likes and dislikes have no relevance. Don't bother responding if your not going to give me cities to stop in and what can be found there.

Don't bother asking if you're not prepared to do even basic-level research of your own to find out what there is to see in the cities of Spain and Portugal. I'm out of here.

This seems to happen all too frequently. Essentially it seems that people expect to come to TT and have their trip planned for them and then get snarky when they don't get the responses they are looking for while people are shooting in the dark because they have no idea what the OP wants to do other than vague references to "relax" and such.
