Where's that?

I donºt know the name or the location of the surf school, but when I was in Cadiz a couple weeks ago there were always a bunch of people in a surf school out there, so there must be one in Cadiz. It is a small town so if you went there you could just ask the people at the surf shop and I am sure you would be able to find it. Sorry I canºt help you anymore.

Considering that Andalucia is a region, more info is needed as WHERE you'll be. Extremadura? Cadiz? Malaga?

In this case Google is your friend - Googling "surf school spain" gives an amazing number of results

As Ms Rug suggests, I've heard that there's great surfing to be had in Extremadura and it's definitely near Andalucia.
