I haven't been to the football club (not my thing really) but the other sights I did enjoy a lot.
More info on the Magic Fountain can be found here. It is a night-time show with a bit of music if you and your partner wish to dance a bit as well.
I forgot to mention that while walking around Barcelona, you may want to design a route that brings you to these buildings.

In my opinion, next to (some) of the above listed, best thing to do is just wander around in the old city center. Lots of things to see.
If going to the party side of Ibiza, and especially to clubs, expect to pay very high prices for drinks. Lots of people have drinks before entering. Entrance fees can cost quite a bit as well.
Spain sees many millions of tourists every year who do not speak a word of Spanish - you ll be fine.
