Ok, so I tried to streamline my plans and perhaps it's still to tight.
Barcelona - 2 nights / 3 days
valencia - 2 nights
granada - 2 nights
Seville - 2 nights
Albufeira - 1 night
Lagos - 2 nights
Lisbon 2 nights / 3 days
Anything you would cut? Anywhere I would be able to see flamingos in Portugal?
Cut Valencia and Albufeira, even then you are going to be too rushed. If you want to see flamingos in Portugal, then probably best to swap Lagos with Faro or Tavira, as you can see them in the Rio Formosa or I have seen them just walking from Tavira to Isla de Tavira.
With the suggestions made in #11 - I'd cut both of those too.
Have stayed in both Lagos and Tavira and have passed through and visited Faro too.
Out of those three, I'd choose Tavira to stay in - good HI hostel there, some good eating places such as Bica across the river and Isla de Tavira too. Relaxed and laid-back place.
And Albufeira?
Self and GF went through the place and just looked at each other and said "No way!" as we passed through.
