Possible SUCCESSION of an APARTMENT in VALENCIA ?

Hi to the members of this Spain Column !
We are a couple in our sixties who would take over from an apartment rented directly by Owner(without Agency),furnished,40m ² would be widely sufficient (but should take what would appear),drinkable of housing conditions, between maxi 300-350 €/month, including loads if possible and only one month of pledge, in the city of Valencia and more précisely in the district of BENICALAP, (as close as possible to Burjassot its neighbor), if released at the beginning or running September. We'll quickly study any opportunities.
*** Besides if very livable boarding houses (to have already lived there) and the less expensive possible could indeed exist while not being mentioned on the Net(those which appear are as expensive as hotels),hoped as drinkable as those Hotels showing 8 to 12€/day(if not "fictional" rates as we attested till now...),always to Valencia Capital,be kindly willing to also indicate them.
Regards.

Do you have a right to live in the EU/Spain?
You will also need to think about taxes and health care.
All of those details are written about here.

If Réunion is your homeland and you have citizenship there, presumably you are considered a French citizen living in the Outre-Mer. If so, you should not have too many hurdles finding a place to rent and staying long-term.

Sorry, but I can't decipher "drinkable," but it's hard to imagine finding a place to live for 8-12 euros a night.

Hi stcirp!

You're right, accepted the difficulties we get like thousands of people to get what we need.
"drinkable" is a word game meaning LIVABLE.
