Hi everyone!!

Can anyone recommend a real estate agent that can help us find a location near the city. My husband and I have dreamed about living in Spain and now we are finally able to do it. The plan is to move next August 2017 and stay for one year. We have two children so we definitely want to get settled in before they start classes. We've received information on schools, still have to research a little more. We also have looked online for housing but think it may be a better option to go through a real estate agent. Still finalizing dates but we're planing to make a trip out there in December for 2 weeks. That will give us the opportunity to see the city and hopefully find an area that will be a great fit for our family. Especially for the kids!

Would love to here back from someone who may be able to provide living options or an agent.

Gracias!
Maria Leiva

When you use internet, you'll get the name of the agency that mediates in the sale of the house. Websites like idealista.com and fotocasa.es should give you enough opportunities. One can specify rather exactly what one is looking for: type of house, size, price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, the presence of parking and an elevator, etc. Normally in each announcement there is a map, where the object is situated. I am not familiar with the area of Seville, but most real estate agents that mediate in selling are also willing to help you in buying.

Thank you Liberat I will look at those websites to see what they have available. A map would be so helpful to know exactly where the homes are within the city.

Thank you again!!

Agents work in a very different way to that in other countries. They may not post a price or a location of a property.
Seeing as your from the USA. You have to read the paperwork trail you will have to go through to live in Spain.

Ask questions on an expat forum as this is one about vacations.
