A friend of mine has just spent from Friday lunchtime until Sunday evening in Seville and saw plenty.
If you leave early-ish from Ronda you will still have plenty left of the day to explore Seville. Then 2 nights and all the morning before your flight you don't need to be at the airport until 1pm.
Malaga is worth a full day and night (more ideally) in my opinion. . Ronda is definitely worth a visit, a day was enough for me though. But ultimately it is up to you and if you'd rather spend more time exploring fewer locations then stick with your original plan.
Whilst the weather in November can be lovely it can also be wet and cool, especially at night, so go prepared and comfortable walking shoes are a must. As mentioned earlier often it's as well visiting a local cafe for breakfast and watching the world go by than it is having something at your accommodation.
You will still have about 10 hours of daylight with it getting dark just after 6pm
