Going to Granada for 3/4 nights in June. We were also thinking about staying in Nerja for one night.
Any ideas on cheap accommodation?

We stayed at Hostal Residencia Mena in Nerja and Hostal Britz in Granada. Both well located and reasobaly cheap.

As for Nerja, there are (at least) 17 hostels (called "hostales" in Spanish) which have websites but.... I don't think I'll can't them all here. The Hostal Residencia Mena (web: http://www.guideofnerja.com/pages/hostalmena/...</a>) mentioned above looks like a nice, out-of-the-way place with good prices.
