hi folks, I'm planning a 2 week cycling holiday in Mallorca at the end of Sept, searches on the internet can't reveal budget accommodation there, does anyone have any good advice to that end. many thanks..S

For some people budget accommodation is a hostel or pension. For others, it's a 1 to 3 star hotel.
Let us know that kind you're looking for? Do you intend traveling around or using one location as a base?
In the meantime, I recommend you use a site like booking.com which always seems to offer the best price / quality ratio. Simply enter the name of a resort / town in Mallorca and see what your options are.

www.booking.com is the place to look, as 1 says we do not know what you mean by budget, it might also help if mention the places you are looking to stay. Mallorca has had a boom in tourism this year and so prices will be higher and it has not been a cheap destination for a while, unless you go on one of the cheap package holidays offered in many countries.

cycle touring with a self sufficient set up (tent / cooking gear) is a good way to keep costs down
