At 7:30 about the only people you will see in Madrid are those coming in from an all night out

At 7:30 the bakeries and cafes will be open. You can have croissants and other pastries fresh from the oven. Great way to start a day. Get a newspaper and relax.

Yeah, early dinner is hard to find in spain. However,you can get around with tappas, which are served and eatend late afternoon (4-5pm) with a drink by a lot of spaniard
