Hi. Has anyone booked coach tickets using the ALSA website, from the UK (or abroad)? Want to buy tickets between various places in Spain for travel in April. Have previous used LOCO2 for train tickets (excellent site) but coach travel seems much cheaper. Want to buy in advance. Thanks

Booked four sets of tickets for travel around Andalucia on Alsa website last month for travel in March.

Got really good prices on three of the journeys, but the Saturday one was full price.

Used my UK card to buy the tickets - three went through fine, fourth didn't and ended up being sorted via the PayPal option on the Alsa site.

I hadn't noticed when buying the other tickets that the ordinary card option was for Spanish cards only - transactions did go through, I have evidence that they did on my bank statement and I have had the tickets emailed to me and they have been printed off.

Hope this helps in some way!

Thanks for this. Found busbud and it seemed to have good reviews so booked via them. Far cheaper than ALSA website but haven't tried the "delete cookies" trick. ALSA wouldn't take my payment BUT it may have been due to the amount of time I took. Hopefully all good

Never had a problem with buying tickets on Alsa website. I have just checked prices on busted and Alsa and they are exactly the same.
