Can you please recommend us where to lease a place for a month in Seville:
We are a family with small kids want to be close to the center, walk around seat outside have kid parks and such in the neighborhood and most important - feel that we are in Andalucia

Did you have a look on booking.com ? In the end , you ll feel you are in Andalucia as you ll be there :-) There is no such thing as an authentic experience for tourists.
If you are renting for only one month, I am afraid you can t escape the tourist market - the rental period is just too short.
If you want to have an "authentic" experience, then just rent something outside the touristy city centre. Spanish people live outside, there are almost everywhere kid parks nearby.
