3 days Ibiza

Hello Spain,

We (couple, high 30 and low 40) will spent next tuesday, wednesday and thursday night in Ibiza. We would like to go out one or two nights. We don't do drugs and we also wanna be active during the the day so we're not looking for clubs were the action is between 4am and 5pm.
Is there a place were we won't bump into kids (we like kids, love are own, but don't wanna dance with them), so a bit 'older' audience that rocks between 1am-4am? Or are there clubs that possibly start even earlier, like 11 pm or so?
