I'm travelling to Portugal in late July with my boyfriend and we were wanting to visit a fazenda or a winery somewhere in the close vicinity of Lisbon-Porto (we're travelling by car, most likely from Lisbon to Porto and the areas around). Hopefully we'd be able to spend a day or two in a place that offers both accomodation and ...wine? Any tips? :)

Hi

IMHO, the best place for wine and accommodation and with a fantastic view, is the Douro region.
You can check, for example, the Quinta de La Rosa in Pinhão, for Wine and Accommodation. There are, of course, more.
You should do the road from Régua to Pinhão, it's always near the Douro river.

Yes, I would also say that the road from Régua to Pinhão is the best option having done it several times myself. You will most certainly find somewhere to stay down here as there are loads of such vineyards/hotels. Very romantic too, so good choice!x
