Hi,

I will be spending a few days in early August in the Porto area. Can anyone recommend a hotel under 100 Euro a night? Somewhere close to a beach, pubs and restaurants? I don't have a car but am fine with public transit.

Hi

If you want a hotel near the beach, I remember 3:
1 - Hotel Amadeos in Matosinhos (lots of restaurants). Aprox. 1km from the beach (probably the best price)
2 - Holiday Inn - Porto-Exponor in Matosinhos. Aprox 2 Km from the beach
3 - Hotel Boa-vista in Porto (don't know if 100,00 EUR is enough). Aprox. 200m from the beach
