I paid 109 euros when I spent a night there in July, and that was the rate from phoning up the day before (they also had a slightly cheaper room I think). I found that perfectly reasonable. Breakfasts are always expensive in hotels, so I never take that option. In Alfama there are plenty of good cafes that are within a short walk of the hotel. A great one is a bio cafe called Pois cafe on rua Sao Joao da Praca.

Perhaps they could get that price Blagger but they've got a maximum of €200 to sleep 4 people - don't see how that works.

The bedroom I stayed in had a mezanine level with one or two extra beds (not sure which because I only had a quick look) in addition to the double bed in the main bedroom. Instead of room numbers they give them names so it was called "Graca" in case the OP wants to check with the hotel.
