We will fly into Porto and out of Lisbon in early August with 10 days total on the ground. I am interested finding a place with nice diving/snorkelling/spearfishing activities away from the crowds. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about Esposende & Matosinhos - what kind of dive sites there are - we will probably only want to do a couple of dives and the rest of the time just snorkelling, so good snorkelling is probably more important really. Oh, some good surfing or bodysurfing waves would be a bonus!
So basically, if I want to spend a relaxing time in the North of Portugal where I can do just about anything involved with the ocean, where are my best bets?
