Hi,
We are two Australians driving from Lisbon to reach Galicia, Spain, and back again to Lisbon. We have no set route and do not need to stick to the coastal route. We are not heading south from Lisbon to the Algarve due to peak tourist season.
We are interested in history, visiting quaint towns, some wineries, non-touristy fishing villages, good views and off the beaten track locations. We're not interested in touristy beach resorts, bars/night clubs.
We'd very much appreciate suggestions.
