I'm travelling to Lisbon in August.
Could you give advices what to do there?
Nightclubs ? Beaches ? Hostels?
Is there any trains or busses between Lisbon and Estoril?

These are very basic questions, so I recommend you to first get hold of a decent guidebook - why did you choose to go to Lisbon in the first place if you don't know what to do there?
Yes, there are trains to Estoril from Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon - see [www.cp.pt] for timetables.
4 days is plenty of time to see the sights in Lisbon... I can't recommend a hostel but there is one (possibly two) in Baixa (down town) which is a great and very convenient area to stay as it's very central to public transport and walking distance to many of the tourist sights. You can get a taxi from the airport (if you're arriving by air) for about €12 and it takes about 20 min.
There are no beaches in Lisbon itself as it is really a port, but you can easily get to the beaches from down town Lisbon by train. Trains from from Lisbon to Estoril, Cascais and Sintra. Lisbon to Cascais is about 30 min but you can walk quite easily from Estoril to Cascais and both have very nice (sometimes very busy) beaches.
Lisbon apparently has a very good night life, I've never been to any of the clubs just a few bars and restaurants - though we walked by a club one morning at 10am on a Saturday which was still open. Doca is a good area for nightclubs and late night bars, you can get there cheaply from down town by cab or take the tram right there, there are some reasonable (but IMO not fabulous) restaurants down there on the docks, so you can eat and from there you can drop into one of the clubs or wander over to the big industrial clubs.
Beware of drugs in Lisbon, it's everywhere and do not be surprised if you're offered anything from cocaine to weed. We were watching one guy deal from his "hidden" stash all night in front of our dinner table down at the docks, cops obviously turn a blind eye or do not have the time or man power to clean it up. It's probably no worse than any other big city but in places like London it's not in your face everywhere like that.
Like many Mediterranean sun cities (I know it's not on the Med, but I'm referring to the culture not the geographical area) night life starts quite late so there's no point really going out for dinner and what-have-you until at least 7-8pm and then hitting a club at around 10-11pm.
