You might like to note that the first train from Roma Termini to Fiumicino airport is at 5. 35 arriving 6.07 - and as a result spend your last night within walking distance of Termini station. There are plenty of hotels between Termini station and the area around Santa Maria Maggiore church - just give yourself ime to get your train tickets out of the machines at Termini before you board the train, and remember to validate them before you get on the train..
