Just consulted a reputable Guide to Sicily which I had handy, and according to that, opening times for the museum are :
Tuesday - Sunday 9a.m - 1p.m and 3.30 - 7.30p.m. Can't help with location but I'm sure it shouldn't be too hard to find :-)

hah clearly you've seen a previous post about mafia tourism that got a lot of pretty nasty comments :)
Can't help with the address but here's the Town site - clicking on Mappa di Corleone shows the major sites, so someone will point you in the right direction (that's if no-one posts it here).
The Corleonese still don't particularly like tourists so you shouldn't be surprised if you find yourself stared at. As recently as last year an Irish friend of mine was hassled there by a gang of young guys following her around whistling the theme of the Godfather...
