Hi all,

My wife (and our 16 month old baby at the time of travelling) are planning a trip to Italy and London in May 2008. Our 'best case scenario' is to travel by train from Rome/Florence to Prague then plane/train to London. The Prague to London leg is not a problem (we have found lots of information) but we can not find clear information about the Italy to Prague leg. Can anyone provie any guidance or direction?

Cheers

Cliff

There are some discount airlines that fly to Prague. From Rome Ciampino SmartWings, Rome Fiumincino SkyEurope and from Florence Meridiana. Be sure to check the luggage weight limited. You don't want to be dinged for extra charges.

You can take a train from Venice directly to Prague.
I did it, an overnight train with a fairly comfortable sleeper.

Check out the Trenitalia international trips section here

have a wonderful trip
