We will be driving from Ravenna to Urbino, and would a stop in San Marino be worth it?
We have about a week to see the area.

No, not worth it. There are far better places to stop off.

I actually like San Marino. Touristic, yes, but still enjoyable. Great views from the top of the highest point in the country, Monte Titano, situated at 749 metres (2,457 ft) above sea level.
