Hi.
Really need help to decide what would be smartest way to get from Venice to Limone sul garda.
We are gona take the train from Venice. But should we go to Desenzano del garda or Brescia? Which have better bus connections to Limone?
We are traveling early june.
Really appreciate if someone can help me.

I would probably take the train to Verona bus to Garda the bus or boat from Garda. The other option could be train to Rovereto then 2 buses or a taxi about €50.

There are both ferries and occasional buses direct from Desenzano. I suggest you google for information for the day you will be travelling. Rome2rio is a good website to start.

Go to http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en to look for trains from Venezia to Desenzano del garda

Thanks to all! I think that best way is to take bus from desenzano. There seems to be few going to Limone.
