I am attending school in Florence in September and I was wondering if any one has any suggestions or tips on finding an aprtment that is well priced and decent location? I will there from sept-june 2008 and I am looking for a studio or one bedroom within a range of 400-700 euro, so if any one can help me with some links or information on finding an aprtment that would be so awesome. Thank you for the help!

www.florenceandabroad.com
www.yaif.it

I rented from YAIF while I was living/studying in Florence two years ago... they had a wide selection of locations within your price range, and I ended up in a beautiful (if drafty!) renaissance building with 16ft. ceilings and a fireplace just off Piazza San Lorenzo. They have a reputation as a sketchy rental agency - however I had no problems. You can search properties online (with pictures) using a fairly detailed selection criteria, so you should be able to narrow your search. Buon fortuna!

Milligan and Milligan are also good for apartment rentals.

Good luck and enjoy!
